TO QUALIFY FOR THE GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Reviewing and analyzing data from financial systems including Facilities Information (FIS) system, Standard Accounting and Reporting System-Field Level (STARS-FL), the Command Financial Management System (CFMS), and the Standard Accounting and Reporting System (SABRS); 2) Performing Direct Cite and Reimbursable funding execution to include reviewing and preparing funding documents for acceptance; 3) Performing Direct Cite and Reimbursable funding analysis and reconciliation between multiple financial databases; 4) Analysis and resolution of various suspense reports (e.g. FIS, STARS-FL, CFMS, and SABRS suspense reports); 5) Interpreting and applying accounting policies; 6) Utilizing various appropriations for appropriate use; 7) Proficient communication using all methods necessary to understand and convey intended information effectively throughout the organization. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
