FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
TO QUALIFY FOR THE GS-11:

1) Reviewing and analyzing data from financial systems including Facilities Information (FIS) system, Standard Accounting and Reporting System-Field Level (STARS-FL), the Command Financial Management System (CFMS), and the Standard Accounting and Reporting System (SABRS); 2) Performing Direct Cite and Reimbursable funding execution to include reviewing and preparing funding documents for acceptance; 3) Performing Direct Cite and Reimbursable funding analysis and reconciliation between multiple financial databases; 4) Analysis and resolution of various suspense reports (e.g. FIS, STARS-FL, CFMS, and SABRS suspense reports); 5) Interpreting and applying accounting policies; 6) Utilizing various appropriations for appropriate use; 7) Proficient communication using all methods necessary to understand and convey intended information effectively throughout the organization.
