INSTRUMENT MECHANIC

ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION Your resume must show that you have the ability to perform common tasks such as:
1) Testing and operating test devices and instruments to determine whether they are operating properly; 2) Performing functional tests on defective test devices and instruments to locate areas of equipment malfunction; 3) Setting up, and operating measurement systems (calibration standards/instruments and accessories) being used to calibrate working standard or test devices and instruments. I work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. NOTE:
