FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
.1) Applying knowledge of budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, goals, objectives, regulations, and guidelines to meet financial management objectives for the Department of Navy; 2) Operating administrative and financial management systems to perform financial management analysis; 3) Identifying and using data analytics in order to resolve a range of budgetary problems; 4) Using computer-generated products such as Excel and Pivot Tables to accomplish assignments; and 5) Giving direction, instruction, and guidance to a group of individuals to meet financial management objectives.
