PUBLIC PRIVATE VENTURE PROJECT MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying a range of federal, state, and regional policies, codes, regulations, and requirements pertaining to the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of Public Private Venture projects; 2) Using administrative and project management processes necessary to successfully execute and manage the PPV projects as assigned within the PPV program; 3) Providing direction and advice to team personnel and others on the resolution of PPV actions; and 4) Assisting in developing and executing the PPV annual budget, and identifying the appropriate funding sources for PPV project actions. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
