Work directly for an operational command with the backing of MITRE's senior leadership. Key Functions:     Assess/analyze Pacific theater Army analytic requirements through regular, routine interaction with Army ISR personnel (officers, warrant officers, enlisted, civilians) as well as HQ INDOPACOM and DIA intelligence professionals.       Translate that understanding into information/analytic solution space ideas and designs commensurate with HQ INDOPACOM and DIA's Machine Assisted Analytics Rapid Repository System (MARS) and Foundational Intelligence Modernization (FIM) objectives and implementation.       Apply systems engineering principles to USARPAC G2 initiative to build multi-discipline ISR architecture baseline for theater Army elements.       Recommend and apply data science to USARPAC, INDO-PACOM J2, and DIA intelligence analysis & tradecraft, applied to Pacific theater       Adapt DIA and HQ INDOPACOM artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to USARPAC analytic capacity to increase sponsor's ROI on its information assets       Familiarity with DIA/INDOPACOM solutions and MITRE systems engineering efforts in MARS & FIM, applied for USARPAC sponsor       Leverage MITRE and commercial efforts to aggregate and associate "big data" repositories (e.g., geospatial and order of battle data) with other information assets       Coordinate with programs of record to transition prototypes into sustained operational capabilities       Optimize mission readiness using data science methods to Joint problem sets across the spectrum of conflict   Minimum Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics         (STEM) related discipline Active TS/SCI Clearance Experience with data/technology requirements definition within the Defense Intelligence community Applied knowledge management experience within a Joint or Service intelligence paradigm   Experience applying intelligence data in Component/Joint domains, conducting analysis making recommendations to tool/system developers and making recommendations to senior military or Intel Community leaders Experience with foundational intelligence in an operational intelligence environment Familiarity with systems engineering principles applied to an operational or intelligence environment   Desired Qualifications: Ability to learn or adapt to new data-science toolkits in constrained environments Experience in data visualization and data narration for varying audience levels Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with unknowns Strong technical writing and presentation skills Ability to reach back and use corporate assets effectively to ensure the sponsor's satisfaction in the quality, cost, and timeliness of MITRE delivery         Creative, curious and enthusiastic thought leadership        Collaborative and "go-getting"; goal oriented and outgoing        Formal training in DevOps and Agile Methodologies 00052202
