Specialist II

Come join the Serco team to provide strategic planning and business change management support, business process re-engineering, functional business process and data mapping, business architecture documentation, project management, and analysis for out-year and year of execution programs and projects in support modernization of the Navy's HR services environment. In addition, our groups will assist with transition/transformation of current functions/processes/activities. This includes Decomposition of As-Is Processes, Formation of To-Be Processes, Functional Requirements Generation, Data Management, Cost Analysis, Functional Testing, and Strategic Development. This position provides expertise to set up, configure and install new software releases and system upgrades. Evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. May perform system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Participate in technical evaluations of hardware and/or software. Provide support to other functions. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May report directly to a project lead or manager. Required Skills -Requires Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Management Information plus 8 Years of Experience -IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required -This position supports a U.S. Government contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens -Military Veterans and Spouses are encouraged to apply! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
