This position for a Physical Science Technician (Instruction) is located in the Radiological Control Office of the Radiological Support Division (Code 105.4) at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The incumbent serves as Senior Instructor of the Radiation Worker and Production Skills Training Branch. The Radiation Worker and Production Skills Training Branch is responsible for administrative control, formulation, supervision, coordination and conduct of theoretical and practical abilities, training for radiation workers, radiation worker supervisors, containment workers, radioactive material escort shops/codes, radiological control instructors and non-radiation workers.
Salary will be increased by the applicable cost-of-living allowance (COLA), which is subject to change without notice.
