Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Experience working with high voltage systems is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
