TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraphJob DescriptionAs an Intelligence Operator I (Collection Operations Manager), employee will collaborate with collection requirements managers, analytic elements and consumers to ensure clandestine and overt HUMINT collection operations have the necessary focus and guidance to maximize time and resources allocated.
Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence collectors and consumers of collection developments and relevancy through a range of products.
Collaborate across the Intelligence Community to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing collection operations tailored to the requirements of the customer.
Work with collectors and all-source analysts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-Intelligence collection against requirements; and the execution of collection plans and strategies to generate reliable intelligence relevant to consumer needs.
Assist with developing methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements have been satisfied, using measures of effectiveness and measures of performance.
Produce feedback of findings, identify collection gaps, related trends, and opportunities; assess collection options, test assumptions, and produce judgements, recommendations and solutions to refine collection.
Identify gaps in collections methods, and models future intelligence collection scenarios for Collection Strategists, Intelligence Planners, and Collection Enterprise Architects.
PM12Job RequirementsAs an Intelligence Operator I (Collection Operations Manager), employee must meet the following:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in collection management operations.
Degree in Intelligence or related field.
Must be a graduate of a DoD/IC HUMINT collection course (DSDC, SOC, DATC, OTC, or equivalent).
Must undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Experience supporting INDOPACOM or subordinate elements is preferred Competencies:

Fully understand the intelligence discipline in which the assigned position is supporting.
Communication:
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
