This position will provide support to our Client located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
Duties - Create and maintain databases, oversee database updates, storage, security, and troubleshooting.
- Organize datasets, query database, develop custom queries and reports.
- Experience with database languages and management systems, and in-depth knowledge of relevant database languages and applications, such as APEX, WebLogic, SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Other skills - Communication:
Communicate with various departments, including managers, other IT support members, database users and developers; communicate with customers to help them complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Problem-solving:
Monitor and evaluate a range of database systems; assimilate information to develop creative solutions.
Evaluate situations and implement solutions based on the information and data.
Requirements and Certifications - Security
Certification - 24-year experience in above duties.
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
